A Modelling Framework for Human Resource based-Business Processes

A Modelling Framework for Human Resource based Business Processes by Jorge Hermosillo Worley, et al (hermosi@enit.fr), will be published by Kluwer Academic in the series Applied Optimization (www.wkap.nl/prod/s/APOP)

For the competences or skills classes, identified as needed or provided: Ten tables have been identified to allow the user to describe the processes and their decision activities according to the defined concepts. Four experiments are currently in progress evaluating the proposed concepts. For more info contact the author at  hermosi@enit.fr
